Chef Jesse draws upon his own experience road tripping across the United States to elevate diner fare from "Main Street" to your plate. He works hand-in-hand with local artisans, growers, craft brewers and distillers to dish up regionally inspired comfort food with a twist. A 14-year Four Seasons veteran, Chef Jesse has been with the Scottsdale property for more than two years and loves calling Arizona home. In his free time, he enjoys working on his 1957 Ford pick up truck, taking his dog for hikes and walks, camping, traveling and eating unique foods.
Proof General Manager
Born and raised on the west coast of Scotland, Graham began working in food and beverage in hotels at the age of 15. His Four Seasons career began nine years ago, and seven thousand miles from home, at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Graham arrived in Scottsdale in late spring 2010 and immediately loved the Sonoran Desert (despite the fact that it was 115 degrees when his flight touched down). As Proof General Manager, Graham has taken a lead role in the concepting, design and menu direction for the new restaurant, and looks forward to continuing to share the vision with all guests who dine at Proof.
